Ziba Sazeh Toos Gam Company (privately held) was registered in 2009 with registration number 505115 for the purpose of contracting and managing contracts in civil and construction fields, especially large complexes with residential, office, commercial, cultural and medical uses. One of the goals of this company is to identify and acquire suitable properties for the construction of buildings with different uses. Also, consulting, designing, monitoring and implementing civil works can be counted among the goals of this collection. In this regard, research and identification of investment and production situations inside and outside the country along with technical and engineering services with contracting methods and contract management in joint ventures have been considered.
